Olive Garden - Mobile

My friends and I, a total of 5 of us, came to eat 9 o'clock. we sat right away, but it took our waiter about 10 minutes to come and get our drink orders. it took another 10 minutes to get our 4 waters and a limonade. then she made us our straws on the table as if she had made us cards. she took our food order, but she just seemed really rushed or as if she was in a hurry for me. her service to us was not terrible, but could have been better. she seemed to have an employment. I saw them serve the table next to us (they were of another color) and they got a completely different treatment than we. the person in our table was not satisfied with his limonade and asked to replace them with water and she snuffed his glass out of the table. I don't remember the name of the waitress, but I wasn't happy with her service at all! this is my first time in alabama and this is my first visit in this olive garden. I will not visit this olive garden again. I don't want a bad service!

My husband and I went to the Olive Garden on Saturday evening. Our silverware was dirty and the area where we were seated in the restaurant was not very clean either. The electronic checkout terminals on the tables are really gross. Our waitress was nice enough but slow and she didn't check back with us until it was time for us to leave. We enjoyed our food but worried about the lack of cleanliness so we probably won't be back.

I always loved Olive Garden. Been going to various locations for 30 years. My wife and I went there today and as always the food is delicious. Our waitress was very nice and did a very good job. She did fail to mention an up-change on an item but quickly and genuinely apologized for it when brought to her attention. I could tell she was sincere so how can a reasonable person fault that. I worked as a waiter in the past and understand how multitasking tables can cause one to miss small details. Only giving a four star because I barely remembered paying nearly $60 for two at the Olive Garden in the past. We didn't buy the most expensive dishes but maybe the issue is food cost inflation which the restaurant has no control over. At any rate I recommend eating here. Happy dining!

One of the best restaurant experiences since covid has been around. They had plenty of staff. Not long of a wait. Everyone was friendly. Waitress was very nice and attentive. Food was excellent. Actually I need to call the manager and give them a thumbs up as well.

In my goodness.Best service and fantastic meals.I ordered the chicken Marsala.My taste buds were more and more excited with each bite. It even made great leftovers the next day.Randy ordered chicken shrimp carbonara.The combination of taste with the roasted red bell pepper, the sausage and all was great.Once again it made a good meal the next day.Will definitely get these two again
