We had 8 different dishes(take away) from here. The portion of the food was alright, it was tasty as well. But maybe no fried rice next time. Lack of flavour.. Apart from that, it was ok, service is good too.

The Rickshaw Inn is a north eastern suburbs institution. The decor is so out of date it can now be described as shabby chic, but it doesn't matter because the food is so good. The service is quick and friendly. The fried icecream is particularly good.

Have eaten several times here always good friendly service and excellent value. 2person banquet is best value in Adelaide. 2 entrees, soup, 3 mains, fried rice,prawn crackers, desert all for $23.90 per person (yes you read that right). Excellent mains (No substitutions allowed) prawn stir fry, sizzling steak and lemon chicken. Add to that the drinks are also reasonable, glass of bottled Sav Blanc $3.90 or bottle $19.90 you've got a Bargain night out. Other banquets available for larger numbers.

This is good value and good food. Been going there for many years, Tried a few other locals but keep going back to Rickshaw Inn. Staff are friendly and flexible to cook what you want.
