Food is not fresh, place is dirty, poor customer service

COCKROACHES!!! So I went in today 7/2 for some yummy poke. I go to the one on claribel all the time and I'm quite a fan. I decided to go to this one because it was closer to where I was. When I first walked in, it was super hot. Like their AC didn't work...which is very off putting. Not only because it's hot outside, but I don't think a food place, let alone a fish place should have hot air circulating. And that's not even the worse part.... While we were ordering, we got through our base and protein...then while it's time for toppings I noticed their cucumbers did not look fresh at all! Then my partner points out that their was a cockroach in the cucumbers!!!! We immediately left! Do not eat here, if you want delicious fresh poke go to the one on claribel. Wish I could give them negative stars!
