We’ve visited the Hemingway during our 12 day trip to modica 2 times and really enjoyed the kind staff, the atmosphere and the great wines. We had the opportunity to watch two of the art/music events in front of the Hemingway and tried many great wines from Sicily with good recommendations from the staff. Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

It's called a wine bar but there is very little wine, pleasant food, unthinkable cocktails.....€9 a cocktail that tastes like water is a robbery! Meh Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €20–30 Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Very nice place, quite informal where you feel at ease... the guys are helpful and kind to every request and information. Little choice regarding the dishes but good and well paired in combinations... we ordered a crunch which is nothing more than tongs but stuffed... good!!! Pleasant evening in company, the only thing being the background music which, as unfortunately often happens in the vast majority of venues, is terrible and poorly accompanied. We will be back
