We spent a very nice evening in the White Ross. We enjoyed food, service and ambience very well, and was just unanimous. The food selection is great and the dishes were delicious We will definitely come back

The perfect way! Beautiful Bavarian inn. Accessible with disabled toilet in the basement. In summer with beer garden in front of the house. Beautiful mountainous area for hiking. Sympathetic that the boss Andreas Griebel at his company car makes his love for Wacken Open Air and the football of the Frankfurter Eintracht clear. At the top he also cooks “Andy’s Bavarian rural cuisine” absolutely ground-by-floor. Of course the potato dumplings are made here!! The three-course lunch menu for 13.50 € is certainly always recommended. For us Ü60, this huge portion is unfortunately not to be created. Beers from Bavaria Brauerei and Aschaffenburger Schlappeseppl line Eder Heylands Brauerei always good. I had 0.2 l Thüngersheimer Ravensburg Benediktusberg Riesling Kabinett dry from the Franconian winery Gebr. Geiger jun. for 5,00 €. Very tasty! In addition, genuine bees are offered honey from the region that we – unfortunately as little enjoyed/recovered as the many highly interesting liquor bottles. Total recommendation!
