The staff seems to change almost daily, resulting in constant interactions with new employees who often don’t know their way around. When I asked if my order was a bagel, they confidently said yes, only for me to discover it was actually a donut. This experience feels like a disappointing disregard for customers by Dunkin' Donuts corporate.
