Burgundy Black - Mole Valley

Popped in to grab take away panini. Not from the area and it looks nice on the outside. The man cooking was very angry and flustered. When they took our order, he said are you joking another food order? And then he shouted it will be 20mins. We were in a rush and we didn’t want to stick around after his attitude so we said we would leave it. He then started complaining about us and said they are not a Starbucks. The waitress looked mortified and apologised. I agree, it definitely isn’t any where near a Starbucks. The coffee was good so if your looking for a quick take away coffee, this should be ok. We ended up going a short walk down the alley to a lovely little place called Chimes. They did our paninis in 5mins.

A great veggie breakfast! My friend had the trad fry-up which was also great. Lovely friendly staff, always a good atmosphere here.

Affordable cafe with extended hours; offers the best outdoor seating area among all cafes in Dorking. Located in a pedestrian area, but conveniently close to the largest car park.

I go here regularly for veggie breakfast or jacket potato lunch. Always a nice atmosphere, well used by locals. Staff work really hard it's not easy for small independent businesses. I've never had a bad experience here.
