Bidra med feedbackI had another great experience at Burger King. This location has really impressed me lately. I watched the lady prepare my Whopper, and she did an excellent job. It looked just like the picture!
My experience at Burger King was the worst I’ve ever had. I waited 30 minutes in the drive-thru, and while I thought it might be due to a staffing shortage, there were actually four employees working. They didn't seem to know why it took so long. The food was cold, the burger was undercooked, and my Sprite was flat with bits of crisp in it. I definitely won't be going back.
I wish I could give zero stars, and I'm usually pretty lenient. I visited this restaurant at 7:58 PM on August 30, 2022, so this experience is still fresh in my mind. I found myself standing on a wet floor, waiting for my order. There was a man in front of me who was voicing his complaints but wasn’t actually ordering food. We stood there waiting and waiting—over ten minutes passed without a single employee acknowledging us. They kept running around, attending to other customers while we were clearly overlooked. As we were leaving, I overheard one of the staff members saying they were leaving to avoid making our food. This is completely unacceptable, and after this experience, I can confidently say we will not return to this establishment or any other locations in the chain, especially if they go out of business in the near future—that would serve them right.
I waited in the car for over 20 minutes. only for 2 breakfast sandwiches. they need more help.
Incredibly disappointed. waited 25 min for my order, never did get it. it was sitting at the window undelivered. left, never coming back, thought you should know.
