Bidra med feedbackI enjoy having breakfast at Joe Kuan. They offer generously sized portions of tocilog. The restaurant is kept clean. For those in search of comfort food, their congee is perfect for the rainy season. Prices are affordable considering the generous portions.
Joe Kuan is a popular restaurant chain with multiple locations. This specific branch is located behind a petrol station (I believe it is Petron) across from McDonald's near RFC Mall. The food is decent and affordable, as are the drinks. I think this branch stays open late into the night, possibly even 24 hours. It is not fast food, so expect to wait for your meal to be prepared, even if it is something simple.
