I wasn't sure about this place before, but the other night I went and was pleasantly surprised by the great improvements.
The Dutch Bar, formerly known as Chicks, has been serving customers for over 50 years. Whenever I am in Monaca visiting family, I always make sure to stop by. The manager, Julie, and I are from the same neighborhood, so it's always nice to catch up with her. Yesterday, I tried the Italian hoagie and it was delicious - the warm hoagie roll and cheese were perfect. My plan was to save half for later, but it was so good that I ended up eating the whole thing.
