The restaurant has a good atmosphere, look like a family business, staff is very kind, the food was very good. A full northern Portugal experience. The Foda lamb on Moncao style) was fantastic. I recommend it.

To start, we had Pasteis de Bacalhau. We had Lamb good for 2. It was served with rice and it tasted like a Lamb Paella. We enjoyed the dish very much we ended the meal with Ice cream with a crème brûlée type of topping. Good food, good service and enjoyable atmosphere

We stopped for lunch and it was a wonderful surprise. We were promptly seated although the restaurant was quite busy. We had a lovely young gentleman wait on us with great english. He gave us suggestions and we ordered the lamb to share. After living in PT for 2 years we've had many lunches and this one was one of the best. Lovely presentation and meat very tender. We will definitely return.

I ate the lamb. It was divine. I don’t even like lamb. I think that says all you need to know. However, service, cleanliness, starters and desserts were all equally impressive. There are many restaurants to choose from in Moncao. I don’t think you will be disappointed with this one. Superb regional food.

I was willing to try the local traditional lamb meal for a long time, but only now I was able to. I am happy I chose this restaurant! Very good but also very heavy food :
