Papa John's - Moncton

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but I must disagree with the 5-star reviews of this particular Papa John's. My recent experience with their combo pizza was quite disappointing. I have always been a fan of Papa John's for their delicious and filling pizzas, but this time I could barely find any toppings on my pizza. It was so sparse that I felt completely let down. My friends and I have decided not to return to this location again.

My wife and I visited this restaurant on Mountain Road tonight and were initially unsure about how to place our order. However, the young man who was cooking came out from behind the counter and took the time to assist us in making sure we ordered correctly. In all my years of dining at similar establishments, I have never experienced such attentive service. This young man should be commended for going above and beyond to provide the type of service that is unfortunately rare these days. He even personally cooked our pizza, which was delicious and served hot. We will definitely be returning to this restaurant to enjoy his exceptional service again.

We decided to have dinner delivered to our hotel room in the evening. The order was correct, the pizzas were fresh, and we were impressed with the generous amount of napkins, plates, and forks provided; many other places only give napkins. Although the pizzas were mostly delicious with good crust, sauce, cheese, and meat, we felt that it would have been even better without the topping of dried parmesan and herbs. Next time, I will request to have this omitted and if it improves the taste significantly, I will give a new review.

Late night snack, most other pizza places have been closed or not delivered to our area. Was happy that they did it because we didn't want to get out in the storm.

Ordered from the delta. They said it would be 35 minutes. 65 minutes later we called and they had the room number wrong so they would do 50% off. I thought ok that’s fair it happens. Then the delivery guy gets there, I still tip him thinking it’s not his fault and he informs me half the order is missing. then when we ate it I found a hair in my half of the pizza and my 8 year old pulled a huge black hair (we are blonde) out of her mouth on her veggie side!!!!!!!! Absolutely disgusting. One small hairy pizza we waited almost two hours for was 25$
