Rotisserie St-Hubert - Moncton

We've come to this establishment a good number of times. Food is always excellent, service is usually prompt and friendly. However, we came here for supper today and my son ordered a chicken fillet meal. The waitress told him a drink was included so he ordered a root beer. However when the bill came, she told us a drink wasn't actually included and charged us $3.00 for a small glass of pop. So $3.00 isn't a huge amount, but it's the principle of it. If she said it was included, why were we charged for it? The only reason he ordered it is because we were told it was included. It's disappointing that we ended up paying for the waitress' mistake. *Edit* Totally forgot to come back and edit my post!! Just wanted to say a huge thank you for rectifying the situation!! I went to St- huberts today with my family today monday March 5th first time going) it was an amazing experience. I was able to take my kids into the play area to let off some steam before sitting down and enjoying our meal. The service was at a sufficient pace and the servers were smiling ear to ear. The dinner was very delicious and and the price was affordable and the atmosphere was one to admire. The food came at a decent time and the dessert was amazing. The kids meals were well constructed and great prices. I dont eat out much but i will say with much grace that st-Huberts will be seeing my family and i back again. It's a resturant that gordon ramsay would approve . This resturant if asked to describe is hostess with the mostess. Amazing food amazing staff .

Our waitress was perfect. She brought our drink refills just as we needed them and without being asked! The chicken was delicious, but the vanilla cake with 'sucre à la crème ' sauce was to die for!

We were in a reserved room around 7pm nov 18 and our waitress was vwry very nice ...good service good food and fast service

We stopped here after our 2.5 hr drive for supper before heading to the funeral home. Our server #24 Terri was great with our son Matthew. She had a great personality and was very upbeat. We noticed they hit it off and after hearing us say his name she used his name every time she came by our table. Our order came and was very yummy. We all had a variety of different items from the menu so we sampled. We will be back again another time when passing through Moncton. Thanks for the great experience�
