I just returned to work and experienced a technological issue that was certainly not the fault of the two employees on duty. The system indicated that the fryer was overheating, but that wasn't the case; it was just a glitch. These two employees truly went above and beyond in providing excellent customer service and deserve a significant raise. They offered me a complimentary beverage and even made me some free cinnamon sticks. They were both polite and incredibly friendly, and I will definitely be returning to this restaurant, largely because of their outstanding service.
It took over an hour for my pizza to be delivered, and they ended up forgetting the pizza entirely. I had ordered a pizza and a melt, but only the melt arrived. When I spoke to the manager about getting a refund, they refused to accommodate my request.
Theives, food cold, gave me 2 medium pizza instead of large I called the Inspector general on them no soda then didn't refund my money but it's on the receipt I will never patronize PIZZA HUT AGAIN
This is easily the best Pizza Hut in the area. I will drive out of my way to go here for fresh Pizza.
