Schoop's Hamburgers - Monee

My grandson and I grabbed some shakes on Saturday, October 14th. The waitress was friendly and helpful. However, the older lady, who I'm assuming was the owner, came out from the back and was extremely rude to the staff. The service was for takeout and the meal type was other. The price per person was between $1 and $10.

Tried this place for the first time yesterday. Excellent burger. Our waitress, didn't get her name, provided wonderful service. This place might become a regular stop on my way back from picking up cars at the auction. I ordered by phone and the woman who answered was somewhat unprofessional. Even when I said thank you, she just responded with "aha". I understand that they may be tired by 6:00 pm, but she should still provide good customer service. I dine in at this restaurant frequently and the staff there are always very nice, but not on the phone. Overall, I would rate the food as a 5 and the service as a 2.

The restaurant has a very nostalgic atmosphere with friendly staff and large portions of food. The service was excellent, and we had a wonderful lunch experience. The food, service, and atmosphere all received top marks.
