Burger King - Monett

We were the first ones there, we ordered and took our granddaughter to the play room. Then it started to get busy. The girl up front was a little overwhelmed and apologized for not getting our meal faster. But it was good food.Kid-friendliness: Nice play area

The Night Shift at this location constantly close early and the lady who seems to be in charge here is one of the least pleasant fast food workers I’ve ever interacted with.

Dear Burger King, I’d like to talk to you about WINDOWS. Windows are handy. They are like magic portals. These portals can be used to pass all number of things including bags of food straight to customers. But instead with no one behind me you send me out to toil by the trash cans until one of your frazzled employees runs a quarter mile though the dining area to the outside, to bring me my Whopper. That’s cool and all, but... WINDOWS. I hope one day you will learn to harness their glorious power.

Spent $40 on whopper jrs and 2 large combos. My 4 kids went to the counter and each asked for a ranch and they were told they could only have 2 total. The manager (Hunter) then came out and said they are only “allowed” to give 1 dipping sauce per fry. And apparently 1 small fry and 1 large fry are “allowed” the same number of sauce. The kicker is my brother came with us but ordered separately. He ordered got 1 medium combo and asked for and received FOUR sauces without any issues. I’m not sure if the employee felt superior towards my kids or what the issue was but it felt very discriminatory. Their stupid sauce “policy” is only enforced when they want it to be enforced. I don’t come here all that often because I don’t live in Monett, but I will choose a different restaurant in the future. They did not let me “have it my way.” Food is mediocre at best. Employees are straight up rude and on a power trip. Read the other reviews and you will see the same feedback about the employees.

Love that whopper! And those double fried fries oh my gosh... yes I'll be going back! Feel free to send me a gift card for this one.... I highly recommend this place for sure!!!
