Happy Wok - Monona

Spent $60 on an order. Order was wrong, but we are not picky and were going to let it go. Opened up our wantons and there was a bite taken out of one of them. Called to report it and were told that we were making it all up. Mistakes happen, but own up to them and correct them? Will not be eating here in the future.

The winglets are crummy-looking and taste very very bad. Look at the pictures. Waste of money, ZERO stars, throw food in trash.

Food was all too salty. It tasted like there was way too much soy sauce in everything. I thought the fried rice was quinoa because all of the rice grains were all broken up. The fried rice was also too soft, no longer can be considered fried.

Delivery is always hot, fast, delish! My favorite crab rangoon I?ve ever had. Been a loyal customer for 10+ Years. Annie her family/team always make me feel like family ask about my daughter, sister, mom. Very personable professional. During Covid times even holidays when other places are closed, I know they will be open for business! Highly recommend Happy Wok off Broadway! A+ Yummm Thank you always!

Biggest waste of 40$ of my whole life. I am currently writing this review with anger and disappointment. I literally never leave google reviews but this will be my first exception. The chicken was soggy and wet, the bag was soggy and wet, got my couch dripping with sauce. The crab ragoons were made poorly and the chicken friend rice was the worst I ever had. Terrible just terrible. Me and my girlfriend were so excited to eat and now we are about to make ramen noodles to make up for this disgrace.
