Bidra med feedbackThe person taking orders does not listen for everything a person wants. Didn't include biscuits when the order was being packaged. Had to wait 20 minutes after the store was told the order was wrong. Had to go inside to get everything corrected. This started when a new person was hired several weeks ago. She needs to be terminated. Store at 1613 Arizona Ave in Monroe, LA.
Can't go wrong with chicken. Great customer service.
They had a karaoke machine in there, they were drinking and they didn't have anything you really needed like ketchup etc... wouldn't recommend this place.
Long drive thru waits(23 mins). Drive thru always smells like burned chicken/grease. New Mgr, female stood and argued with an employee at the window who served me the night before with old chicken. She refused to replace the order and no refund. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION.
Well it has some good food but the sides need some work. Never know about the service but my last time was ok
