Dunkin' - Monroe

Frozen coffee is the best I always get the caramel one. The best time to go to get the freshest bagels and donuts is between 8-10am any time after that is a 50/50 shot of getting something not fresh or kinda stale.

I love the Monroe Dunkin' crew!!! They are the best! ? If I have anything negative to say it's the simple fact that you can't tip them through debit/credit or the app. If it's possible I'm sure that there's many of us who would since cash isn't as readily available as cards are. Thank you Monroe crew! Y'all are awesome! ?

The staff at this restaurant does not pay attention to customer requests. Despite my repeated requests, they still put the brown sugar cookie in my cold brew. When I asked for a refund, they gave me a sassy attitude and refused to listen. Just a heads up, the brown sugar cookie is very bitter.

I absolutely adore this restaurant. I have made a few great friends there and the service is consistently good. The frozen drinks they offer are amazing! While some people may complain about staff turnover, I understand that it's common in the fast food industry. Even with new employees, the service may be slower at times, but it doesn't bother me. The staff has always been very friendly and accommodating. If there is ever an issue with my order, they always make it right immediately.
