Bidra med feedbackI ordered a chalupa box, and it arrived in just 10 minutes. Upon entering the restaurant, I noticed it was clean and well-maintained. Instead of a box, they handed my food to me in a bag, which doesn’t matter to me, but it could be important to others. Overall, the food was delicious!
The restaurant employs many young staff members who work independently without much adult supervision. This often leads to situations where you need to repeat your order, as it appears they may mix up what you requested at the kiosk. While the young employees are engaged in conversations and attending to their tasks, it can take quite a while before you actually receive your food.
I went to the Taco Bell in Monroe and experienced excellent service, but unfortunately, the food was very hard and hard to eat. The Powerball was not prepared correctly, which was quite disappointing. This was the first time I've encountered such poor quality at this location.
Do not order through DoorDash unless you’re okay with getting the wrong food! How difficult can it be to READ the receipt and put what’s listed on it in the bag? This is the second time I've ordered and didn’t receive what I paid for, and it’s all clearly stated on the receipt! Learn to read, people. Whether you’re short-staffed or not, it feels like they just toss whatever into the bag!
In recent weeks, this restaurant has really declined. While I understand that being short-staffed can be an issue, waiting 20 minutes for a single meal at a fast food place is unacceptable. More importantly, the quality of the food has suffered. There was hardly any meat in my dishes, and my taco looked as if it had been carelessly put together. This place needs to step up its game.
