Waffle House - Monroe

Our waitress was amazing. She took our order and cooked it as well. She was super friendly and did a great job. Not sure why the other workers weren't out helping her.

We experienced fantastic service with just one server and one chef, both of whom were incredibly busy yet attentive to our needs. Our food arrived quickly and hot, and it was delicious! Jenny, our server, was excellent, and the chef (whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch) did a great job as well.

This young woman was the only one working and did an outstanding job! At Waffle House, you know the food is going to be average, and that's just my take on the franchise. However, her service was exceptional—I really wish I had caught her name!

This was my first visit to this restaurant, and I had a great experience. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was calm and serene. My waitress, a lovely black woman, was exceptionally friendly and professional, making our conversation enjoyable. Employees like her are truly invaluable! I will definitely return when I'm in the area again.
