The service was good and fast, but they forget and full meal when I order my. to the happiness the dame was able to add 9n really fast and bring me right so I didn't have to go all the way back. it was holy evening!

Delicious southern burgers! The staff members were extremely kind and the restaurant was clean for a fast food establishment. If you're looking for a quick bite to eat, this is the place for you! Seeing as it's right off of the highway, it's location is definitely a plus as well. :

Today's order as soon as I get home open my burger a piece of plastic and onions after I requested no onions. THE PLASTIC PIECE OF BREAD TIE!

In June of 2020 I ordered a large taco salad at the drive through and upon arriving home found they had given me a half salad. I should have checked the order at pickup window, but assumed they were competent. I decided to try again in July. This time I ordered two salads (1 taco 1 other) but placed order online prepaid with CC to save time, at set a pick up time of 6:30 pm. I arrived promptly at 6:30 pm and at drive through speaker I advised I was picking up an online order, gave my name, and was told they did not have an order for me. I insisted they check again, and after a few minutes they found the order. I get to the pick up window and the server could not find my order. I again advised it was an online order and after another few minutes, they found my order. After all the delays and confusion, I failed to check the order at drive through and upon arriving home found they had not provided the cup of chili for the taco salad. When I tried to call the store to discuss with the manager, the phone gives an announcement that you cannot leave a message as there is no voice mail set up. Since they don't answer the phone, there is no way to complain or advise them of the errors in their performance. This particular Wendy's store consistently has incompetent staff. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU TRY ONE OF THE MANY OTHER FAST FOOD ESTABLISHMENTS WITHIN MINUTES OF THIS LOCATION. THIS STORE DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THE PERFORMANCE QUALITY OF STAFF.

I can't complain. Most places automatically put cheese on my burgers, even if I don't, but this Wendy has my order on the first attempt. Other places have set the bar super low but.
