While traveling by car in Belgium, we had a hard time finding vegan food options. We stumbled upon this restaurant located in a shopping center near the highway, which offers a selection of healthy meals in convenient takeout containers. The coconut curry was delicious, but the hummus-rice dish with edamame beans was just alright. The Asian-inspired rice dish with soy sauce was a bit too salty for our liking. Unfortunately, the two chia desserts were lacking in flavor. Overall, it's a decent choice for a quick meal on-the-go, but be mindful of your selections.
