La Table de L'Ours - Mont-Dore

We came back to this restaurant that I discovered 39 years earlier and I could never forget. Of course, many things have changed since but last night I found the magic of the 1978 puy ferrand. an excellent meal, a high service and anything that can make you remember a restaurant after so many years. One regret if one should be found, the disappearance of the flagship dessert of the time: the puy ferrand crepes that were unavoidable and whose magic of the realization at the table by the hotel master of the time was a Michelin star. But you must not miss this restaurant, with or without the puy ferrand crepes, and the family that, from generation to generation, perpetuates the quality of this establishment, a single advice: continue!
