Of course, many things have changed since but last night I found the magic of the 1978 puy ferrand. an excellent meal, a high service and anything that can make you remember a restaurant after so many years. One regret if one should be found, the disappearance of the flagship dessert of the time: the puy ferrand crepes that were unavoidable and whose magic of the realization at the table by the hotel master of the time was a Michelin star. But you must not miss this restaurant, with or without the puy ferrand crepes, and the family that, from generation to generation, perpetuates the quality of this establishment, a single advice: continue!
Warm welcome and excellent dining table. service staff that are comprehension and pleasant. each of our stays at the bourboule we come to the table of the puy ferrand. We must also not forget the unbeatable view of the sancy puy.
