Chipotle Mexican Grill - Montebello

I'm baffled that there was no steak available nearly two hours before closing time. This suggests either the staff is unwilling to prepare it or the management is poorly organized and fails to order sufficient supplies for the day.

I placed my order online, and the store was clean. The staff were friendly, and my order was prepared correctly. The food was hot and delicious!

This is the third time I've received the wrong order, and the manager has been disrespectful. However, the food is good.

Been here multiple times at around 9pm 1hr before they close and they always say they don't have Chips for the bowls, and I can see so many bags in the back just sitting there. Very upsetting.

Beware !!! This Chipotle CHARGES you for extra sides while all other Chipotle locations give them to you for free. I ordered my bowl and I wanted more cheese on the side and the lady told me that due to a new policy she's going to need to charge me for the extra side. I frequent many Chipotle locations and this is the first ever I've been told that I would be charged for it. I don't think I'll ever be coming back to this location again. When I was ordering my bowl they were out of stock of things like mild salsa and corn. What a pathetic store. If I could give 0 stars I would
