Bidra med feedbackThe food was fantastic and very affordable. I tried the beef and cabbage soup, which could easily serve as a meal on its own! It was filled with tender beef, cabbage, and carrots. I also enjoyed a grilled ham and cheese sandwich that had a generous portion of ham. My mom ordered the liver and onions, which were tender and delicious, accompanied by homemade gravy and potatoes. Note that they only accept cash and checks, but there is an ATM available.
I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! The food was delicious and reasonably priced, which made it a perfect choice for a birthday celebration on my way home from work. This new spot in the area is definitely worth a visit. If you're looking to grab something to eat on your way back, I highly recommend stopping by here. It's conveniently located, and you can easily swing by before heading home to enjoy a meal with your family and friends. I was particularly interested in checking out the offerings on 8th Avenue, and I was not disappointed!
Eating is always great. We never had a bad meal here. The prices are very reasonable, and the amount of food you receive.... if you go away hunger, this is your fault. Very big portions.
Delicious homemade dishes at great prices, and the service is generally quite fast. We've visited this restaurant over 100 times, so that definitely says something about how much we enjoy it!
Cash only. Only open to 3pm. Breakfast any time they say. Food was acceptable, service very good, busy and well liked in the area. Bathrooms small an busy when they are. Pictures show open times and old fire truck out in parking lot. Pictures an old fire patches inside.
