Cannery Row Delicatessen - Monterey

This is a straightforward deli with prices that reflect the Monterey Bay area. It primarily offers outdoor seating, with only a few indoor options available. Parking is available at street meters, which isn't too inconvenient. However, please note that the bathroom was out of service and restricted to employees only.

As a local, I might be a bit critical, but I expected better-tasting meats from a deli. The only highlight of the sandwich was the sliced sourdough bread, which was quite good. They offered peppers as an option, but it turned out to be banana peppers, which I’m not a fan of. Overall, I was disappointed with my experience and felt it wasn’t worth the money.

Charming deli with delicious sandwiches and salads. It’s an ideal spot for a relaxing day in Cannery Row, where you can enjoy watching bikers and pedestrians along the pathway. The lovely dog-friendly green space patio adds to its charm!

Awesome hot sandwiches, perfect for taking to the beach! Outdoor seating area is nice too.

The Chile verde breakfast burrito was phenomenal! The whole family liked what they ordered, and it wasn't ridiculously overpriced like a lot of the other places in the area.
