I visited Subway at 7:15 PM, only to find the doors locked. There was no sign explaining their closure, even though the posted hours indicate they should be open until 10 PM. I noticed an employee behind the sandwich counter and another gentleman mopping the floor, so I knocked on the door hoping one of them would acknowledge me and explain why they were closed. Unfortunately, both completely ignored me, even after I stood there for several minutes. It was disappointing that neither felt it necessary to come over and offer an explanation. As someone who works in customer service, I would never leave a customer feeling overlooked like that. This experience did not reflect well on our local Subway. Perhaps it’s time to reconsider what customer service truly means! Remember, without customers, you wouldn’t have jobs. Additionally, I noticed that the hours listed online show a closing time of 9 PM. So, what are the actual hours—7, 9, or 10 PM?

The service was extremely slow, and the claim that they don't accept coupons because it's a small town is untrue; I've visited smaller towns where coupons are accepted. Honestly, I would prefer to see a different food chain here instead of Subway. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
