Arby's - Montgomery

Their boneless wings and pommes are definitiw in competition with zaxby 's on taste and cost for me. these elements take longer to cook than other elements on the menu. I guess those made to order taste and temperature that would understandably increase the waiting time. during this special visit there was an obvious personal shortage as there are at most places. the management was very accommodating, also with the personal shortage. they could have been cooked a little longer. Otherwise, I hope that this is not a temporary object and that the price remains comparable to the current price.

I just want to take a moment to thank anthony the young man who worked to go through when we received our order he was the epitome of excellent customer service he was very courtesy friendly respectful, ensuring that we all needed and then some! I can't tell them the last time I saw this level of customer service in an almost food chain in montgomery alabama, in which I did, I don't think I ever! good job anthony! keep them the good work they need to manage this place when the people follow their example they will kill the best arby’s!

Many menu items are unavailable and this makes for a tough ordering experience. It would be nice for them to simply post what they're out of.
