Dunkin' - Montgomery

The owner of the restaurant was extremely unpleasant. A kind waitress offered me water and I sat down for about 15-20 minutes to charge my phone. The owner then harassed me, accused me of being homeless, threatened to call the police, and made racist remarks. I would not recommend dining at this establishment due to the unacceptable behavior displayed by the owner.

I would give this location 0 stars if I could, but since I can't, here is my honest review. Three to four years ago, this was my favorite Dunkin' Donuts. Now, I think it is the worst Dunkin' Donuts location. They have very poor management and employees with horrible attitudes. It has been like that for a while, so I do hope they fix that. Today, I went for an iced coffee around 5:30 pm. There were three employees (teenagers) just talking and none of them wanted to take my order, despite seeing me waiting. I ended up walking out as they were very rude and unprofessional.

I visited this restaurant on Sunday, August 7th, and was impressed by the friendliest staff I have ever encountered. They were extremely welcoming and helpful.

I never used to drink coffee but I became addicted to their Large Iced French Vanilla with 6 cream and 6 liquid sugar. LOVE LOVE LOVE DUNKIN!!!! Now, there are some stores Ive been too that they need to find different employees because they are young, rude,immature and just have no business working with customers

I love this dunkin? donuts too much! They have amazing customer service. What I mainly love is this worker named Jaylen! He is such a polite and positive young man. He really makes me want to come back daily.
