Foul Line - Monticello

The restaurant lacked wine glasses and it took over an hour for most of our food to arrive. The food itself was just okay, with canned toppings on the pizza instead of fresh vegetables. The portion sizes for the fries were quite small. The waitstaff frequently brought the wrong dishes to the wrong tables, and we didn’t receive any water refills throughout our meal. While they were excellent at clearing away plates, it would have been nice to actually receive all of our food.

I would give this restaurant zero stars if I could. I've called ten times and tried every extension to place a takeout order, but no one answers. They really need to fix their phone system or hire employees who can do their jobs. This is the third time this has happened in the past year. The last two times, I had to go in and order in person, but not this time. I'm taking my business elsewhere.

I sat for 30 minutes without receiving any service, even though there were only three other occupied tables at the time. After waiting for 15 minutes, I went up to the bar, and the bartender said he would come to assist us, but he never did. Not once did anyone come to our table to offer menus, water, or anything else. I watched as the staff attended to the other tables, which were just within 10 feet of us. When we finally left and asked why we hadn’t received service, the bartender claimed he never saw us and suggested we could have come up to the bar. I did that, but it didn’t help. I won’t be returning.

We almost didn't eat here before bowling because of the recent reviews... we gave it a chance anyways and I'm happy we did. The bartender was our server and he managed the lunch rush by himself while giving us good friendly service. I had a crunchy chickenwrap with special orders and they nailed every request! It was good food and the portions were good value too. We had a largergroup and everyone food arrived at the same time. Recommend trying it especially if Erick is working bar!
