I once again had a great experience at Lotus restaurant. The seafood dinner was absolutely delicious. The waitress was cheerful, friendly, polite, and energetic, as well as very professional. The manager recognized me, which is a bonus for this establishment. I plan on trying other dishes in the coming weeks. The seared scallops are one of my favorites. Overall, everything from the moment you walk in to when you leave is top-notch.

Eating in lotus is delicious. we ordered mai tai to start. sweet with the perfect amount of alcohol, where they can actually taste it, but not exaggerated. for apps we have the pork cuff and the honey ribs. both were delicious. for dinner we got the Szechuan cow and the salt and peppermint dogs served family style, so we could share. the bark was perfectly cooked and seasoned for the gods! the salt and pepper cords were roasted to perfection. both were served with a white rice bowl. the dinner was excellent. I can't expect to go back to try the Lychee martini.

Eating is excellent. the lemon chicken is one of the best dishes as well as the lobster roll. the personal is exceptional, friendly and attentive. it has been several times and is really a pleasure to eat there.

I didn't have high expectations when I went to Lotus for dinner at the Resorts World Casino in the Catskills. However, I was pleasantly surprised. The restaurant serves authentic Chinese food, with one menu offering American-style dishes and another featuring authentic Cantonese cuisine. We tried wonton soup, lo mein, the delicious honey orange chicken, and the excellent pad Thai (though not Chinese, it was still amazing and light). I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone visiting the casino.

The restaurant is quite dark so bring ur flashlights. Pretty little place. Food overall was good except for the wonton soup.... bit fishy, not what we were expecting. The hostess, the girl that wheels over the food, and the waiter were great. Our waitress on the other hand was not affable or friendly. Couldn't answer our questions about the food. Portion size? How is the lobster prepared? Not tough questions. Could def b better on the whole but it's adequate
