Yesterday, it was the second time I was going to eat at the Khm signature with my family. The welcome is warm: you feel comfortable and pleasant, special mention for the small terrace in the front where you can eat surrounded by flowers and plants. the waitress is listening and very good advice, she will guide you in this culinary journey and will be able to offer you what is more suitable for your tastes and your choices at the moment. Where to start? First of all, the plates are filled with decorations mixing vegetables (sometimes infused to panach colors) and edible flowers and it is first a pleasure for the eyes, we imagine the fine and passionate work of the chef nothing but decoration, that is to say! The products are fresh and very tasteful, it is a cuisine full of colors and flavors, the associations of spices blend perfectly with the meats or fish offered on the menu, in short, it is a total disbursement and a discovery at each bite of a new note so the flavors are rich. I haven't tasted vegetarian dishes on the menu yet but I can't wait! In short, it is a very good restaurant held by passionate and warm people who provide a crazy job to make us discover the pearls of Cambodian cuisine!

A friend who advised me of this restaurant, I turned my eyes closed. The welcome was warm. That's all I found positive in this restaurant. The glasses are depleted, the dishes are not copied. the chef having been deceived of accompaniments, our plates went back to the kitchen and returned without pates (the time the chef prepares them!!)The explosion of expected flavors did not take place. We were very disappointed. We felt that the brigade was outdated while there were only 4 tables to be served!We were only entitled to a water carafe because it was never filled to us a second time!! Ice cups were served in vulgary bowls (separated too!!) and ice half melted. The check confirmed that we never came back. the relation quality prices is not the. damage.

A beautiful discovery and refined dishes. the waitress is very good advice on the choice of dishes according to our tastes. a family restaurant with fresh products. price a little high but worth the detour :) .
