The service was excellent. The breakfast is excellent.

Went a couple times in the last couple weeks needing some comfort food and everything was just as expected, very comforting! We've always loved this place and that hasn't changed. It's always like Grandma Makes (but better, don't tell her! including those rolls, they are as God intended rolls to be! And like always, attentive service no matter how busy! BTW folks, always tip a higher percentage for when you go out for breakfast anywhere, the meals cost less but the service works just as hard! :

This place was one of my favorite breakfast places for quite a few years. Unfortunately that has changed. The Eggs Benedict came out luke warm and the hollandaise sauce was quite bland. We ordered right away after being seated and it took approximately 30 minutes to get the food. This is understandable as it was busy. However after waiting that long to only have my food come out luke warm and bland was disheartening. On a smaller note the ketchup they use is awful. It was cheap and way too sweet. I'm not sure why they don't use Heinz or another of higher quality but I'm guessing it's a cost factor. The waitress was friendly and provided good service for how busy it was. The restaurant was also clean and inviting. I'm not saying I won't be back and will probably give it another try. I will decide from there if I'll return again. I hope it returns to what it once was.

Best breakfast in barre , the prices are very good, inflation didn't hit this place to bad.

Used to be a decent place to get breakfast that was fairly cheap and halfway decent, now the quality has taken a huge blow, after 4 straight terrible meals, I won't be back. I just don't understand why people flock to this place at all hours like it's something special, the food is beyond mediocre.
