This restaurant is a complete scam. Do not go there. We went on New Year's Eve in 2009 hoping to have a nice evening celebrating with gourmet food. We opted for the ten-course "menu degustation" dinner with champagne. The night started off well with impressive appetizers. However, the quality quickly went downhill as the service became slow and the food was disappointing. The main course was terrible, with poorly cooked tuna and dried-up hummus. The cheese plate was overly salty and the "frozen soufflé" was just ice cream. The staff were unfriendly and the atmosphere was unwelcoming. The slow service dragged the dinner out for four and a half hours. To top it off, my husband got food poisoning from the mediocre food. When we reached out to the restaurant, the manager was rude and unhelpful. At $390 for dinner, this was our worst dining experience ever. Stay away from Restaurant Europea at all costs.

In general, the restaurant experience was exceptional. Upon arriving, we were warmly welcomed and our coats were promptly attended to. The food and service were both outstanding. While a bit pricey, it was definitely worth the cost. A must-try at least once in your lifetime.

Had an amazing time celebrating a special birthday at this restaurant. I highly recommend requesting a table in the main dining room so you can see the open kitchen and watch the chef and his team prepare your meal.

Highly recommended restaurant, the food and presentation of the dishes are excellent. The service is impeccable. Everything was perfect from the beginning to the end of the meal.
