We enjoyed the atmosphere, the food was excellent, beautifully arranged and stored, the taste was magical and the prices were good.

Beautiful chalet-style restaurant in the centre of Chateau d'Oex serves regional specialities. We visited in April during their fondue festival and were treated to a wonderful trio of fondues, all cheese based : the Gruyere Chateau is just on the street. There were also meat...taste, rustis and raclette for not fondue lovers. The service was friendly, efficient and welcoming and also child-friendly (especially King Charles Spaniels! The wine list was simple with a selection of local and international wines and the menu was at a reasonable price for the area.

The sandwich was certainly good. But the service made a bitter taste in the mouth. Before we finished, someone came to clean the table. You can take along as I repeat that the sandwich was very delicious. But will not recommend in

There were also meat dishes, rostis and raclette on offer for non fondue lovers.The service was friendly, efficient and welcoming and also child and dog friendly (particularly King Charles Spaniels!) The wine list was simple with a selection of local and international wines and the menu was reasonably priced for the area.
