Bidra med feedbackIn the past few months, I collaborated with Shannon in Canada to plan a welcome and rehearsal dinner for my son's wedding at Top of the Pines in Ridgway, Colorado. Shannon handled every detail with remarkable care, managing the event as if it were her own. The food was outstanding; everyone enjoyed it, and there were plenty of options to accommodate special dietary needs. I can't recommend her highly enough—definitely an 11 out of 10!
The food at this restaurant is simply amazing, the staff is both knowledgeable and friendly, and the atmosphere has that charming small-town feel! I really wish we had a Rib City in Northern Nevada!
I ordered the baby back ribs and the brisket plates to go. While the portion sizes were on the smaller side, the food was delicious. I particularly enjoyed the mac and cheese, which had a bit of spice and a strong peppery flavor, but I would caution that it might not be suitable for small children. The tangy sauce had a unique barbecue and mustard fusion that I found quite intriguing.
