Andrea is a great connoisseur of wine and wine-making techniques; his wines are produced by combining the oldest techniques and some innovations brought by himself, always paying highest interest to the environment. Some of his wines are very special, almost unique, at least two of the 5 red ones I tested, and a sparkling wine produced with the original method of the Benedictine monks some centuries before Dom Pierre Pérignon. Food is excellent, do not miss the sausages, the battuta meat of the local Slow Food district, and some excellent local cheeses.
