Bidra med feedbackMy wife and I went to this place on Sunday noon. We sat fast, which was good, but from this point it went down hills. We were not asked if we wanted to drink something or eat chips while we looked at the menu. We waited for more than 15 minutes with NO SERVICE. Two other customer groups had come to us. Both received water, chips and salsa. You could have good food after the other critics comments) but their service was very bad. Especially when there were two waitresses sitting at a table near the door laughing and joking around, as customers wanted to eat something. Yes, Cleveland is a small town, this place should be a little pride on its service and PROFESSIONALISM. I doubt if we ever come back and I wouldn't recommend it either.
Service was great food sucked chickensfajitas had very little chicken over table spoon it was dry hard cold all onion a pepper. I ordered a steak the time before I was there it was cut Fjita meat I finished
This restaurant far exceeds expectations for a small community. It competes with big franchise names, boasting a stunning interior and exterior, attractive signage, and a diverse menu. The food is excellent, and the prices are unbeatable. They even make their own chips and salsa. I recently discovered that we can rent their spacious party room for events. They are affiliated with a family that owns similar restaurants in Cushing and Mannford. We absolutely love the staff, the atmosphere, and the food here.
While we were outside today, we decided to try some Mexican food, but due to the lack of service, we ended up leaving. It was surprising to see two other couples being served chips, salsa, and water while we sat there without even being asked if we wanted anything. It was quite disappointing! I would have loved to enjoy some Mexican cuisine, but had to settle for a burger from another place in the city. The last restaurant that treated us this way hasn’t seen us in over two years. It would have been nice if the person who seated us had acknowledged us by saying "a table for two" instead of just asking "two?"
Delicious Mexican cuisine with excellent service. The restaurant is run by a friendly gentleman who is very attentive to his customers.
