Mullin's 1847 - Moorefield

I took my granddaughter out to eat here and we ordered everything. The burger was good, the salad was great, the fried chicken was something to finish, the potatoes were terrible. The staff was very good.

Great place to grab a burger and beer after living off the grid eating granola and water during my packaging trip at George Washington National forest. Will stop again if i am ever visiting any of the local trails.

We were visiting the area and this place was recommended by a local couple. It did not disappoint. Nice rustic family room with excellent wait staff. Food was great. So good that we returned a few days later.

Atmosphere was really nice but main entrées were not satisfactory. My wifes chicken breast looked like it was boiled. And my fish dinner was a huge piece of breading with a smaller piece of slimy catfish inside. I told the waitress of my disapproval and it was disregarded ! $55 with tip included.

The waiters here were really kind. The menu has a good amount of choices and the price is good for the food you get and Will is the best waiter there.
