Bidra med feedbackI've been wanting to try this place. Unfortunately, didn't meet my hopes. The salads were average at best. The ceasar salad had more egg than anything else. The asian chicken salad had more crunchy noodles than any other ingredients. What made this place a fail though was the rude employee who took my phone order his in person demeanor is just as rude (6/14 around noon). Finally, the price of the salads online say $8.99 so logically, I would think 3 salads equals $26.97, so I am unsure how the subtotal is $30.75.
Currently dining in Fields of greens and all the tables are dirty. The man behind the salad station rushed me even with no one waiting in line. Even after telling him it was my first time, he wasn’t friendly and seemed ready for me to hurry up and move on. Put my food in a to go box instead of asking if I was dining in when there are multiple tables full of people eating lunch. I added sunflower and almond seeds to my salad for an extra $1.29 each for less than half a full 2oz cup. Paid $11 for a small salad with little lettuce but it does taste good. Only vegetarian option is to make your own salad in which you will pay easily over $20 if you want more than just your average 3 to 4 veggies. As someone who has been in the service industry for over a decade, it pains me to make my first negative review but I have honestly had better service at a fast food drive thur than here.2 stars because the food is good. I am enjoying my salad even if a little light on the base. Just don’t have an expectations on being welcomed or helped through your ordering process if you are a first timer.
Excellent salads!! Portions are generous. Made this almost a daily lunch stop while on vacation.Food: 5/5
This place needs help. I walked in for lunch today and while my boyfriend and I were walking to the counter he made the comment hmm it 's a little dirty in here I agreed but could overlook the dirty lobby if we were ordering to go. But then we got to the line. My gosh, I have NEVER seen such a dirty line in my life. I have worked in restaurants for over ten years, I can overlook a lot because I understand how things can get. With that said, how dirty the line was was completely unacceptable. The cross contamination alone was cause for concern, but the fact that there was lettuce, dressings, and toppings all over the line they are supposed to put your bowls on was actually shocking. We looked and I said are you sure you want to eat here? And we made the executive decision to walk out and not risk getting food poisoning. This really was atrocious. I 've never walked out of a restaurant before even ordering because of how dirty it was. The health inspector needs to come back here and look around. Do better.
This has potential to be good, but I have only had terrible experiences. The most recent, I was a couple bites into a Greek salad and found a hair and was too grossed out to continue. Very disappointed especially after two Greek salads costs almost $30 and barely have any ingredients other than lettuce and oil. It had peppers that were actually hard shelled that didn't know was even possible. The service wasn't any better. The person at the counter was extremely short tempered and unfriendly. The other person didn't seem to know anything about the menu or operations. We were sitting at a booth and she brought a flatbread out and put it in front of the person I was with and left. We told her it wasn't ours and she came back and took it to someone else. Just disgusting.
