Lancaster's Bbq Wings - Mooresville

This restaurant has a truly unique racing car-themed decor, which is exactly what I expected given that we're in NASCAR country. However, let's not lose sight of the real reason we're here: the award-winning BBQ that definitely lives up to the hype. The side dishes were also excellent.

This is a fantastic restaurant filled with impressive NASCAR memorabilia and even a bus you can dine inside. My group only ordered appetizers, wings, and ribs, but everything we tried was quite good. I did think the wings could have been spicier. The service was attentive and very good. The only downside was that one of the restroom sinks wasn’t functioning properly (it had issues with the internal tubing versus the large pipe). If you're in the Mooresville, NC area, this place is definitely worth a visit for BBQ or just to soak up the NASCAR atmosphere.

I ordered the salt and pepper fish, but it lacked flavor. The onion rings weren't very good, and the onions were cut too thin. The wings were decent, as were the chips. The atmosphere was nice, but it was quite warm inside. The waitress was friendly, but she didn't check on us often. I don't think I’ll return.

Nascar food with good food, the hush puppies are fantastic. also the bbq and wobbler rings were really good.

SOOO I give this place a B+, which warrants another visit. The food is good, portions a little light. We had the BBQ ribs, green beans, mashed potatoes, collard greens, garlic bread, hushpuppies, and beef brisket.
