Bidra med feedbackWe thought that we would have a good time with our little one “last day before going back to school” plus we traveled all the way from Manchester but that wasn’t the case! The main attraction “splash” wasn’t working, trampolines broken, swings closed, train wasn’t going, then £3 for ice cream that was size of nothing. Plus you have to pay “individually” for each thing like £1.50pp to enter the play ground which is nothing as good as the free one in your local park. Not a good experience at Morecambe at all!
Fabulous for anyone, especially for those with kids. Lots of free things, plus some with charges. Nice to stroll around, sit, meet people, take a picnic or eat in the cafe. Accessibility: Good, fairly level, ramp options where there are steps. Getting There: Bus stop outside the main gates, walk, and some onstrert parking near by. To Do (free): Woodland and garden walks, children play areas, and picnic areas. Chat with people. To Do (charges): Putting, Trampolines, Splash, Train and Cafe. Bowling Green: I assume a club, no signs. Loos: For all, for disabled Radar Key needed and ramped.
Great day out for the kids has trampolines, train rides two play parks . Swinging boats mini golf Football nets a little cafe ice cream vans and a splash park . Dogs are welcome.Take a pack lunch lots off bench’s and tables about and out of the park your right over the road from the beach
Great little park, plenty of things for children to do
Very nice to walk around for the family and if you have a dog to. Lots for younger and older children to do but unless your just going to walk around the Japanese garden and use the playground, then you will have to play per person to use the rides. They can range from £2.50 and upwards per person so not the cheapest of you have a large family like myself. Plenty of grassy areas to let the kids round around and loads of picnic benches. About 1 min walk away from the beach and sea front. Told its about 10 to 15 mins walk away from Morecambe Town centre but I didn't go as we came on a coach trip and they dropped us off here, which we stayed for over 6 hours so plenty to do and keep you entertained as long as you have the weather on your side.
