Mcdonald's - Morehead

We stopped by and didn't have to wait long at all. It was after 10 a.m. when we arrived, and the lady who took our order answered all my questions. She was very friendly, and everyone we encountered during our visit was quite pleasant. From taking our order to processing our payment and handing us our food at the pickup window, the service was excellent. Our order was correct, and we received everything we requested. The food was fresh and hot! We were both thoroughly satisfied and can confidently say our meal was exceptional. I highly recommend this place!

We wanted to place a food order, and the staff was friendly. However, when we took our food to go, we discovered that my husband’s order—a sandwich with sausage, cheese, and egg—was incorrect. We had already left the city, so we couldn’t go back to address the issue. In the future, we’ll make sure to check everything before we leave. Not quite satisfied yet.

If it weren't so crowded and my son received different toys in his Happy Meal each time, it would be better. Sometimes he ends up getting the same three toys over and over for several visits, which is frustrating.
