Steak 'n Shake - Feedback

I realize that this restaurant is located in ADUC on campus, but is it open to everyone, or is it exclusively for MSU students, staff, and alumni?

My order was completely incorrect, and I spent 10 minutes trying to get their attention, but they completely ignored me.

The staff did not wear gloves, and the fries were consistently hard and cold.

Bit of a hit or miss. Maybe because it's on a college campus and not a stand alone store they don't have the same attitudes. The burgers we had were fantastic....

For the life of me I don't understand how and why they use a grill on the other side of the restaurant from the sandwich dressing table. The process was screwed...

Our experience was a bit of a mixed bag. Since it's located on a college campus rather than being a standalone establishment, the atmosphere might be different....

This Steak and Shake is situated on the second floor of the ADUC. The shakes we ordered were fantastic, and the staff was very friendly.

Located on campus, this restaurant features a smaller menu than most, but the flavors are just as delicious!

Food is good, but they don't have a complete menu.
