I want to express my gratitude to the barista who remade my drink yesterday. My eyes were bruised black and I could hardly open my right one. This week has been terrible, but I am truly thankful for your kindness. Thank you very much.
I did not rate the food as I did not order any, but I found the cafe to be clean. There were no wrappers on the floor, spills, or crumbs on the counter where orders are placed. I understand that it can be difficult to keep a cafe tidy, especially during busy times. Despite not being perfectly clean, I would still give a 5-star rating for customer service. The merchandise shelves were well-stocked and organized. The staff greeted me warmly and provided great customer service. All the baristas were attentive and worked well as a team. I commute from the high desert and find this Starbucks location convenient to grab coffee for myself and my coworkers. I appreciate the welcoming atmosphere, even though it is not a drive-thru. This may become my go-to Starbucks location when commuting to work. I give this location 5 stars and commend the staff for their excellent work.
Most staff are great! They are fast. drinks are hit or miss.
They were taking a while and that's fine but what isn't is that when i went in, who i believe was the manager or the owner was being really rude to her employees, and as both a patron and a business owner that was really disgusting to see.
