Just back from a weekend overnight stop at The Redesdale Arms. The hotel/bars/restaurant were all busy which speaks volumes. All staff we met were courteous, professional, yet have a personality and most importantly a sense of humour. Highly recommended hotel. The room we stayed in had clearly been subject to a recent refurbishment and was done to an excellent standard showing the owners are clearly prepared to invest in the place. Our evening meal was delightful and such a nice variety on the menu, could have had one of everything! Even the custard on my crumble was heated to 64degrees Celsius, perfection! ; Thanks guys

Nice. Very near to railway station. All Indian restaurants are near by. Good parking space. Hotel is in the Heart of the city. Taxi service was excellent Rooms: 4 Service: 2 Location: 5

Shame, explained I was gluten free.....contamination....my toast was served on same plate as ordinary toast. Twice I questioned desert.....couldn't trust rely on gluten free dessert. No confidence. Rooms: 4 Service: 3 Location: 4
