Starbucks Coffee - Morgan Hill

Out of the seven Starbucks in town, this one stands out as the best. The customer service is consistently excellent, there’s plenty of seating, and the location is convenient. However, they do occasionally fall behind on taking out the trash, and the cleanliness leaves something to be desired. Although they recently remodeled, the chairs are quite worn. Despite these drawbacks, it's still the ideal spot for coffee meetings.

The wait was quite long. There were two people ahead of me and about six behind, yet everyone received their coffee before I did and left the place. I found it odd since I had ordered first, despite them having multiple drinks. I ended up waiting over 15 minutes for my iced coffee.

I enjoy my Starbucks, but more than that, I enjoy meeting people that are friendly and efficient in their job! I really enjoyed Bryn at this location and she did a great job taking care of me. I've been to this location many times and always encounter friendly staff! Thanks Bryn!

One of the worst customer service that I?ve experienced at any of the Starbucks that I?ve been to in the past 12 years. Barista?s are just plain rude and arrogant. I?m not sure how this store got a 4.3 rating on google reviews! It?s a joke

This restaurant has a fantastic location and offers incredibly friendly service. The staff members are consistently helpful and accommodating whenever possible. However, there have been several instances over the past few years where mobile orders have taken significantly longer than the estimated time provided in the app. I've even had to wait over 20 minutes just for a single drink on a few occasions. Additionally, there can be inconsistencies between what the app shows as available and what is actually in-store. Despite this, this location remains our family's preferred Starbucks in Morgan Hill. It's still our favorite spot in the area!
