What can I say that they have not shown of their excellent food and service.

I placed a mobile order w/ a drink and grilled cheese. It was prepared quickly and the workers were very kind (hence the 2-star rating), but when I was eating my grilled cheese I noticed plastic in it. So- be aware. I nearly took a bite out of it.

Can't live without my ice cream coffee @dunkindonuts I enjoy going to this business and the staff is friendly, sometimes short staff. During this time everyone is stressed and the best they can do, and they usually give me my coffee with a smile.

Terrible workers and unsanitary conditions yes that's a bucket of cleaning water or something new to to the drink. Also my food was our before my coffee the lady running the coffee for the inside of the store is terrible and yelling at the customers and keeps messing up orders

I normally don't complain about orders getting messed up, but it caused me to have an allergic reaction. We came in three days ago, maybe around 8:30 pm. My roommate had called ahead and selected a dozen donuts. The donuts were all wrong, even though the worker was on the phone with her as she was selecting the donuts. That wasn't a big deal though, stuff happens, I work in work service, too. We came in the drive thru to pickup the donuts, I ordered two drinks, a caramel macchiato and a peach refresher. They did not give me the peach refresher, but the pineapple mango one. I didn't notice until I drank some. I am allergic to pineapple, and although the reaction is minor because I did not drink more, I've been dealing with throat pains, swelling, and mucus discharge from the reaction for three days now. Luckily I still had some leftover prednisone from my last reaction, but this could have been avoided, it's pretty clear that shift did not care if they got any of our order right that night, and it could have killed somebody.
