Phoenix Bakery - Morgantown

The most amazing baked goods, soups, coffee, and pizzas made and sold by the most wonderful people!! The customer service efforts are above and beyond what one would expect from a small business in a college town. I am especially impressed with the kindness, generosity, and inclusivity shown time and time again by the owners, even when faced with blatant disrespect from whiny, entitled non customers. Phoenix Bakery will have my lifetime business and support!! It’s an exceptionally great staple of South Park.

Love it, love them! I just wish they would make more of the strawberry/raspberry/ blackberry/etc. cream cheese scones because I never seem to get there in time, they always sell out so early!

I love the bread and pastries at Phoenix bakery! Their pepperoni rolls are my absolute favorite, and I always grab a vegan muffin if there are any left when I get there. I haven’t tried their pizza, but all their breads and cookies I’ve had are delicious. My kids love whenever I bring them home a treat from the bakery! Most recently, I tried their new Japanese milk bread and it was heavenly. I’ve also always had good customer service— so glad to have Phoenix Bakery in the neighborhood!

I stumbled across this place by accident when I was at the laundry mat. I’m sure glad I did! Customer service was excellent and they were super friendly. The peach danish was to die for!!

Phoenix has been a staple in Morgantown for years. The owners are fantastic, the employees are fantastic, the food is fantastic. It’s really sad to see all the false negative reviews stemmed from some self entitled “child” who’s mad that her car was towed cause she feels their parking lot is her personal parking space. Shame on anyone leaving completely false negative reviews on her behalf. So happy to see Phoenix clapping back with sass fire! All the hate is just giving everyone who loves Phoenix more reason to support them
